1. Product introduction

HCDX—Y8T is the latest AC portable yoke developed by our company, equipped with portable AC power supply, which can get rid of the bondage of power supply and facilitate field operation. It is used for magnetic particle flaw detection and local magnetization of the workpiece. The machine is compact and durable, and the lifting force and other indicators meet the requirements of GB/T 15822.3-2005/ISO 9934-3-2002, ASME V and other standards.

Special AC portable power supply adopts advanced technology output standard AC220V/50HZ power supply, adopts intelligent IC control, the output waveform of the machine is pure sine wave, and has very perfect protection functions (including output overload protection, output overcurrent protection, output short-circuit protection, battery high voltage protection, battery low voltage protection, high temperature protection). Connect the dedicated AC portable power supply to the yoke

Turn on the switch on the portable power supply, press the start button switch, wait a few seconds after the button indicator red light, you can work. Turn off the power switch after use.

The two magnetic poles of HCDX-Y8T are placed on the surface of the detected object, and a certain pressure is applied to make the two magnetic poles in good contact with the detected object. Press the button switch, turn on, start magnetization, loosen, magnetization ends. When the yoke switch is turned on, the magnetic powder is applied to the surface of the detected object (dry, wet, fluorescent magnetic powder can be applied).

If the tested surface is too wide, it should be segmented magnetized, and the effective parts between the segments must have a certain overlap.

Rotate the movable joint between the magnetic feet, and the distance between the magnetic feet can be adjusted between 45mm and 225mm.

When used, it should pass for 5 seconds and break for 5 seconds, and can be used continuously for 3 hours.

Ac portable power charging: Turn off the portable power switch before charging. When the buzzer sounds, it means that the power is insufficient and should be charged in time. The AC portable power supply is charged for 6 to 8 hours each time, when the indicator light on the charger turns from red to green, it means that the electricity is full, and the full charge can be used for 3 hours. Indicator If the red light is on, the device is faulty.

Check whether the power cord and plug are damaged before use.

Do not close contact with other electrical equipment during use. Strong magnetic fields are destructive to watches, mobile phones and so on.

Do not drag the yoke in the conduction state for a long time (such as dragging on the weld), it should be on for 5 seconds and off for 5 seconds.

In rainy weather, please do not work outdoors, rain will cause short circuit or leakage.

If the device has abnormal noise and odor, turn off the power immediately.

Do not move the device by pulling the power cord, as this will damage the power cord.

When the AC portable power supply is not used for a long time, it should be charged in time to keep the lithium battery active. Remember to turn off the portable power switch before charging.
