Multiple Functions Vibration Detector With Dedicated Computer Analysis Software
The HG-219 vibration detector has multiple functions, including a vibration meter (with ISO10816-3 standard), data acquisition device, thermometer, frequency analyzer, electronic stethoscope, lighting, etc. Five vibration measurement parameters can be selected, including automatic hold, automatic storage, and automatic shutdown. It can not only measure vibration parameters such as acceleration, velocity, displacement, and envelope, but also diagnose faults in rotating and reciprocating machinery; And it is possible to diagnose faults in rotating machinery, bearings, and gears by measuring the envelope value of the bearings. The measured values meet the intensity standards of rotating machinery and are widely used for fault detection of mechanical equipment in fields such as mechanical manufacturing, electricity, chemical engineering, etc.
